Open the People Directory from the peoplebyname.com footer, click the first letter of your last name, then your last name and first name.

Find your listing and copy its 9-digit record ID from the top right of the record.

Go to peoplebyname.com/remove.php.

Enter your first and last name, an email address, the record ID and a reason, complete the CAPTCHA and click "Request Removal".

PeopleByName emails you when the removal is done.

It can, when new phone or address records arrive. Search your name again after a few months.
